Do MGCyber.net provide domains / What are domain names ?
A domain name is your address on the World Wide Web. To be accessed from anywhere in the world, a domain name must be registered with an ICANN accredited registrar. If you already have a domain name, there is no additional cost to use that domain name with
MGCyber.net. If you need a domain name you can purchase one from us. To
purchase a domain please go to domains.mgcbyer.net.
How to use a domain name with MGCyber.net web hosting ?
When you register for MGCyber.net webhosting then you have to use
your domain pointing to our nameservers. If you have domain registered
through us then it is alreay pointing to our nameserver & if you
have baught the domain from somewhere else then you have to change
your "nameservers" to our namservers in you domain control
panel or ask your domain registrar to do so.

How much it take to activate or setup a account ?
Your accounts get activated instantly after recieving the payments. You
will recieve a email specifying all your account details as well other
technical specifications.
How long it take a domain name to resolve to your servers DNS ?
It takes from 24 hrs to 72 hrs to get your domain name resolve to our
servers. ie. after your account has been set, it may take above time to
allow you to use your domain or account. In meanwhile you can upload or
transfer files to your account using our ip address which will be sent
to you on the activation of your account.
Is there any setup fees?
MGCyber.net do not charge any setup fee for mosts of its packages but few
service requires setup fee which is charged according to the service you asked
for.

How much bandwidth / bandwidth upgrade / what is bandwidth ?
Bandwidth is the amount of data transferred through your account
including your FTP, HTTP & mail traffic. We give you bandwidth on
monthly basis. for example, when you opt for Advance Hosting - B plan
then you get 5000 MB of data transfer per month. If you exceed bandwidth
limit you will be sent a email you will be then charge some amount of

MGCyber.net has sophisticated data centers spread in various part of world so

What is Reseller / Who is a Reseller ?
Reseller are those who purchase webspace / domains in bulk and sell them
further by their name providing support directly to their customer. In
case of a reseller we are totally hidden so what he does is his work.

reseller so that they can provide webspace at cheap rates to their

How does the Reseller Program work?
You purchase reseller enabled account and then you will be able to create sub
accounts, create your own package, decide your pricing, giving direct support
to customers etc. thus you can earn money by reselling also.
How do I can become Reseller / How do I join the Reseller Program?
Join the Reseller Program by filling out our online order form. Simply select the Reseller package and you are automatically enrolled in the Reseller Program. On Confirming the validity of your email, you will receive an email from us stating that your account has been set up . Further information will be mailed on receipt of payment.
Then you can start selling the web space.
How to use more than one domains / multiple domains in reseller
account!
You can use more than one domain on a account (as per the account
details ) to use this feature you can either use domain parking or Addon
domain feature found in your Control Panel. Parked domain leads to your
main website ie. Say you have www.bluebigballbest.com then you can also
register another domain www.bluebigballbest.org pointing to same
website. Addon domain allow you to run totally different site from a
single account ie. you can have www.bluebigballbes.com as well as
www.intergalacticactivities.com running on single account. However our
Reseller packages get the advantage reseller panel (WHM) and thus then
have extra power to create accounts for different domains having
distinct feature for each including space, bandwidth etc.
Is the Reseller Program transparent to resold customers?
The Reseller Program is fully transparent to resold customers. Resellers handle all contact with their customers.
We provide anonymous nameservers for our reseller so that we are totally
hidden.
Do MGCyber Hosting Provide SSL ?
MGCyber servers support SSL but you will need to acquire your own third party SSL certificate through www.thwate.com or www.verisign.com to take advantage of SSL services and upgrade to a Dedicated IP account.
